The new version of MAC OS X, 10.10 (Yosemite) is expected to be released today, Thursday October 16th, and is currently incompatible with the ClearPass registration system and potentially other services at Rowan.

Accessing Your Voicemail at Work

  • Press the “voicemail” button on your phone  (Cisco IP 7800 and 8800 Series phones), press the "messages" button on your phone (Cisco IP 7900 Series phones) or dial 6-5999 and enter your security code
  • Press 1 to listen to your messages
  • Press 4 to delete a message
  • Press 5 to save a message

To transfer a call directly to another person’s voicemail without ringing their phone, dial * and then the person's 10-digit number.


Accessing Your Voicemail Remotely

  • Dial 856.256.5999
  • Enter your mailbox number
  • Press 1 to listen to your messages
  • Press 4 to delete a message
  • Press 5 to save a message

Record Out of Office Message

  • Access your voicemail and enter your security code

  • Press 3 for phone manager functions 
  • Press 6 to begin recording your greeting at the tone
  • Press any key to stop recording
  • Press 5 to save your greeting

Accessing Voicemail for the First Time

  • You will be provided with a temporary code. Use that code to access your voicemail for the first time.
  • You will then be prompted to update the code and record your name and personal greeting.
