Summary

Need to update your Rowan Exchange Email password on a mobile device? Find step-by-step instructions below.

Every time you change your Rowan network password, please update that password (for email and wireless) on all of your mobile devices as soon as possible.

If you change your Rowan network password but do not update that password on your phone/tablet, it may cause your account to lock. The phone/tablet will continue trying to connect using the old password, cause too many bad connection attempts and force your account to lock for security purposes.
