What is Lecture Capture?

Lecture capture is an umbrella term describing any technology that allows instructors to record what happens in their classrooms and make it available digitally.

Educause, a nonprofit group that promotes the use of information technology in higher education, offers this list of the "7 Things You Should Know About Lecture Capture."



Options For Lecture Capture

Lecture capture technology in is available in Hawthorn 104 and 204. Use 25Live for room reservations.

Lecture capture kits are also available to faculty for testing purposes. These kits include all of the technology needed to record your lecture. Please contact Training & Instructional Support at at@rowan.edu for more information.
