Greetings!

We hope you are having a great spring semester. As we approach the start of the summer semester we would like to remind everyone of Blackboard course availability at the Glassboro Campus.

TitleWhen can I access my course(s)?

Users can request a crosslist of their course(s) 6+ weeks before the course is slated to begin. Users can access banner for two weeks to make this request.  All courses will be automatically generated and made available in Blackboard 4 weeks before the semester begins. During this time users will no longer have access to crosslist their courses in Banner and will instead need to use the Blackboard Course Crosslist Request form to crosslist their course.  Please see the next sections for information on Blackboard course availability based and course start dates.

TitleIndividual Courses

All courses will be automatically be placed into Blackboard 4 weeks prior to the start of the semester. You will no longer need to request a course prior to the start of the semester. Please see the list below to find out when your course(s) will be available in Blackboard.  However, if you require more than 4 weeks you may make a request for early course access through the following form, Blackboard Early Course Access Request.

TitleCrosslist Availability

You will have the ability to crosslist your courses via Self-Service Banner 6 weeks prior to the start of the semester. Crosslist requests 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the semester will need to be submitted through the following form, Blackboard Course Crosslist Request.

TitleWhat is a Crosslist?

A crosslist course occurs when an instructor prefers to combine multiple sections of a course into one Blackboard course. This allows them to post materials only once for all enrolled students to see, rather than posting to each separate course site.  Please view the crosslist course videos below for additional information.
