Blackboard is online management software that helps students in their classes by creating, managing, organizing and housing a web-based learning environment.
On this site, faculty can post lecture notes and information, grades and past quizzes. Blackboard also contains a chat area and bulletin board. Its biggest advantage is that it allows students around-the-clock access to information.
Television is available via coaxial cable in each residential unit as well as over IP-TV. Televisions that don't have an internal digital tuner that supports Clear QAM will need an external tuner.
You can download licensed software on Rowan University's Software page.
