The new version of MAC OS X, 10.10 (Yosemite) is expected to be released today, Thursday October 16th, and is currently incompatible with the ClearPass registration system and potentially other services at Rowan.

Information Resources Technology Support Center (TSC) provides technical and informational support to Rowan University and Rowan University medical school facilities and affiliate faculty, staff and students.

The TSC services are delivered via phone, email, walk-in clients and Service Desk Plus knowledge base solutions. These services are provided as a proactive approach to enhance general knowledge and productivity for the academic and administrative customers of the University’s IT environment programs and processes.  Available services enable clients to obtain the information needed to accomplish their technology and general knowledge concerning the University’s policies and procedure.

 


 

If you are having a problem with your computer, IRT has technicians available to assist you. The fastest way to get your computer repaired is to bring it to the IRT Workshop.
