The new version of MAC OS X, 10.10 (Yosemite) is expected to be released today, Thursday October 16th, and is currently incompatible with the ClearPass registration system and potentially other services at Rowan.

The IRT Support Center provides technical and informational support to the entire Rowan University community.

Services are delivered via phone, email, walk-in clients and Service Desk Plus knowledge base solutions. These services are provided as a proactive approach to enhance general knowledge and productivity for the academic and administrative customers of the University’s IT environment programs and processes.  Available services enable clients to obtain the information needed to accomplish their technology and general knowledge concerning the University’s policies and procedure.
