Information Resources & Technology has digitized the affiliate onboarding process to allow employees who have been certified to act as a sponsor to request and manage affiliate accounts on their own, without having to collect and manage their affiliates’ personal information in a spreadsheet.
Now, sponsors who want to provide vendors, physicians or other individuals with access to Rowan University resources may do so through the RIMS Affiliate Management System at go.rowan.edu/affiliate.
What New Sponsors Need to Know
Employees who have not previously acted as a sponsor must submit a request to have an affiliation group created and complete security training before accessing the new affiliate system. Both requests may be submitted at support.rowan.edu.
