New online affiliate onboarding process now available

Information Resources & Technology has digitized the affiliate onboarding process to allow employees who have been certified to act as a sponsor to request and manage affiliate accounts on their own, without having to collect and manage their affiliates’ personal information in a spreadsheet. 

Now, sponsors who want to provide vendors, physicians or other individuals with access to Rowan University resources may do so through the RIMS Affiliate Management System at go.rowan.edu/affiliate.  

What New Sponsors Need to Know

Employees who have not previously acted as a sponsor must submit a request to have an affiliation group created and complete security training before accessing the new affiliate system. Both requests may be submitted at support.rowan.edu

Once you’ve completed those steps, you’ll be able to access the affiliate system. See our article on Managing Affiliates via the Affiliate Management System for help adding affiliates in the system.
