Changes to IRT support hours during winter break

The hours of operation for some of Information Resources & Technology’s support teams will change during the winter break. Please see our updated hours below. You can also visit the Get Help page on our website at any time for current support hours.

All our offices will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25, Wednesday, Jan. 1, and Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of the holidays. 

  

All Campuses: Phone & Email Support

As of Monday, Dec. 23, phone and email support from the Technology Support Center for all campuses will be available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Regular evening hours will resume on Monday, Jan. 13. 

 

Glassboro: In-Person Support

As of Monday, Dec. 23, in-person support at the Technology Assistance Center and classroom support in Glassboro will be available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Regular evening hours will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 21.

 

Glassboro: Classroom Support 

As of Monday, Dec. 23, in-person support at the Technology Assistance Center and classroom support in Glassboro will be available Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Regular evening hours will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 21.

 

RowanSOM: In-Person Support

The SOM IRT Workshop will be closed from Friday, Dec. 13, to Friday, Jan. 3. 

Regular hours for the workshop will resume on Monday, Jan. 6. 

 

CMSRU: In-Person Support

Support hours for the CMSRU IRT Workshop will not change during winter break. The workshop is open Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

 

Clinical Systems Support 

Support hours for clinical systems will not change during winter break.
