New voicemail system coming to Rowan this spring

Information Resources & Technology is migrating Rowan University’s voicemail system to a new platform that fully integrates with current phone services.

This upgrade is being rolled out in phases to Rowan University throughout the spring semester. We will be directly reaching out to you at least two weeks before the migration is scheduled for voicemail on your phone line. 

You’ll need to set up your new voicemail box before the new system is implemented to ensure your ability to receive voicemails is not interrupted. We will provide instructions on how to set up your new voicemail via email, so look out for those notifications. 

The migration to this new system also includes changes to voicemail shortcuts, including ones for listening to, deleting, forwarding and saving messages, and changes to the procedure for remotely accessing voicemail.
