You can install CrashPlan on your Rowan-managed computer today through Company Portal (Windows) or Self Service (Mac). We're also installing CrashPlan on any new computers we distribute.
CrashPlan backs up data on your computer every 15 minutes. By default, this includes all data on your local hard drive except system and program data. With CrashPlan, you can restore files on your own from an easy-to-use interface.
CrashPlan’s data encryption features also mean you can use it to back up all types of Rowan University data, including information protected by HIPAA and FERPA.
