The new version of MAC OS X, 10.10 (Yosemite) is expected to be released today, Thursday October 16th, and is currently incompatible with the ClearPass registration system and potentially other services at Rowan.

Information Resources & Technology successfully completed the deployment of new network firewall devices this weekend.

We will continue to closely monitor the network this evening and throughout the week to identify and respond to any potential issues. An after-hours hotline is now open to help us quickly address any network-related support requests.

The number for that hotline is 856-256-6466. Please leave a message when prompted to do so and a member of our team will return your call as soon as possible. The hotline will remain open through the night.

If you need to reach support regarding a network-related concern outside of those hours, call the after-hours line at 856-256-6466. The after-hours line will be operational until 8 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 3.
