The Quick Access Bar in Microsoft Office is a little toolbar at the top left of the screen where you can put tools that you frequently use. Even though you may go to different tabs, your quick access tool barwill stay at the top of your page.

If you select the arrow next to the quick access tool bar, it gives you a list of items you can add. I like the undo, redo, print preview and print tolls to be in there. Another way to add a tool is to right-click a button, and then select “Add to Quick Access Toolbar”. Some tools that may be useful are Insert-Clipart or Insert-Text box. To remove a tool from the quick access tool bar, right click on it and select “Remove from Quick Access Tool Bar.”
