Information Resources & Technology recently updated external dialing procedures so employees only need to dial 9 to reach an outside line when sending a fax or placing a phone call from campus to a non-Rowan number.
You no longer need to dial a 1 after dialing 9 when sending a fax or calling non-Rowan numbers from a campus phone, even for long-distance calls.
