Get Duo Mobile: The fastest way to two step at Rowan

The Duo Mobile app is the fastest and most secure way to verify your identity at Rowan University. 

With Duo Mobile you can complete two-factor authentication by simply approving a push notification on your smartphone, rather than waiting for a text message or answering a phone call. Push notifications also use end-to-end encryption that’s not available with a text message or phone call.

You can also use Duo Mobile to verify your identity when you call or visit Information Resources & Technology for help with a password or account issue. 

Get Started With Duo Mobile

First, log in to duo.rowan.edu. Then:

• If you already have a smartphone enrolled, but haven’t linked Duo Mobile:
  
  • Click Manage Devices 
  • Click the green icon next to mobile device number 
  • Install Duo Mobile and scan QR code to link app
• If you don’t have a smartphone enrolled yet:
  • Click Register New Device
  • Click Mobile Device and enter phone number and device type
  • Enter 6-digit validation code
  • Install Duo Mobile and scan QR code to link app
