New service pages now featured on IRT website

Information Resources & Technology has revamped our website to make it easier for the Rowan University community to find information about the services we offer and request those services.

The gateway to our new service-focused pages is go.rowan.edu/irtservices. From there, you can navigate to more than 50 services we offer across 10 different categories. 

For each service, you’ll find a page that answers six important questions: What Do I Get?; Why Do I Want It?; Who Can Get It?; How Do I Request It?; How Do I Access It?; and How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It? You’ll also find links to related Knowledge Base articles, training materials and other resources. 

With the launch of these new service pages, we will be updating our existing service pages to point to the new pages, as well as updating shortened URLs. These changes will not, for the time being, break any existing links to the IRT website.
