Use the Rowan Support Portal to speed up your tech requests

Do you need more storage space for your inbox? Do you want to increase your home directory quota or create a shared mailbox? You can use the Rowan Support Portal and select “Request Something” to make these requests. 

Requests submitted through online forms in the Rowan Support Portal are routed directly to the team responsible for managing the service you are requesting. That means your request will be completed faster than if you send it via email. 

If you submit a request for one of the services available in the Rowan Support Portal via email, you will be directed to the appropriate form to complete your request.

The Rowan Support Portal is a one-stop-shop for most technology-related requests and issues at Rowan University. You can also browse hundreds of self-help articles in our Knowledge Base and submit a ticket to ask a question or report an issue, as well as request items and services.
