Rowan University employees can start using macOS Sonoma on a Rowan-managed computer today by joining a pilot program being offered by Information Resources & Technology.
To join the pilot, email support@rowan.edu with your device’s serial number or computer name. Once you’ve been approved to join the pilot, we will validate your device and provide you access to upgrade to macOS Sonoma.
We have tested all standard Rowan software with macOS Sonoma, and IBM SPSS 29 is not currently compatible with this operating system. Any additional, non-standard Rowan software you use may require an update or not function with this operating system.
We will notify employees when macOS Sonoma is widely available to all Rowan-managed devices.
