Meet Get Technology: A new, streamlined purchasing process

A new and improved technology purchasing process — called Get Technology — has arrived at Rowan University! 

Get Technology makes it easier and faster to acquire hardware, software and IT services on campus, and it’s available now in the Rowan Support Portal.

Key Improvements

  • One Form for All Requests: No more juggling between multiple forms for hardware, software, and IT services. We’ve combined them into one easy-to-use form that covers all your technology needs. 
  • Streamlined Review & Approval Process: We have redesigned our backend approval workflow to help expedite requests, so you can get the technology you need without undue delays. 
  • Auto-Populate Purchasing Form for Renewals: When you are submitting a software renewal request, you can look up your initial order and the form will automatically populate the data you previously entered, saving you time and effort.
