Webex at Rowan University just got better.
You can now use the AI Assistant to help take notes and capture action items during virtual meetings, as well as provide real-time transcription and closed captioning.
Also, in the Webex App, you can use generative artificial intelligence (genAI) features to rewrite your messages for tone, style and length, and generate summaries of conversations in group spaces.

We’re currently working with Zoom to determine whether we can enable similar genAI features on that platform.
