Duo ends support for iOS 15 soon: What you need to do

Duo plans to retire support for older versions of the iPhone operating system this winter. 

To make sure you can continue using Duo Mobile without interruption, we recommend going to Settings > General > Software Update on your iPhone or iPad and updating to iOS 16 or a newer version, if your phone supports it. 

Here’s what else you need to know:

• As of February 17, 2025, Duo Mobile will no longer provide support for iOS 15. Duo Push will continue to work on iOS 15 if Duo Mobile is already installed, but new updates and security fixes will not be available.
• Devices running iOS 15 won’t be able to download the latest version of Duo Mobile after February 17, 2025.
