What Do I Get? 

This service provides access to a Rowan-managed computer equipped with the standard Rowan image that is assigned to an employee’s position.

Why Do I Want It? 

Rowan-managed computers are equipped with frequently-used software, such as Microsoft Office, configured to access Rowan Network resources and maintained by Information Resources & Technology.

Who Can Get It?

This service is available to faculty and staff.

How Do I Request It?

Rowan-managed computers assigned to a specific employee are generally managed through the trade-in cycle program. Review the Employee Workstation Assignment Policy for more information about the trade-in cycle.

Computers that aren’t managed as part of the trade-in cycle may be purchased through the Rowan Support Portal.

How Can I Access It?  

We will schedule a time for delivery of the computer once it has been approved and cleared the University’s procurement process.

How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It?

If you have any questions, please contact the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400. You can also submit your question in the Rowan Support Portal.

The Technology Support Center aims to address all support requests within one business day. If the Technology Support Center cannot resolve your issue, it may take up to two more business days to receive a response to your support request for this service.
