Blackboard is used as a course management tool to supplement all face-to-face instruction on the main Rowan University campus in Glassboro. Blackboard support staff are available to help all faculty use Blackboard, design a course and utilize collaborative tools.

Blackboard Availability
New Students
If you are a new student, your Blackboard account will be activated one week before the start of the semester. You will not be able to log in to Blackboard until that time.
Faculty
Faculty members may access their individual courses four weeks before the start of the semester.
If you require access to a course more than four weeks before the start of the semester or if you want to combine multiple sections of the same course, submit a request through the Faculty tab in Self-Service Banner or by using the Blackboard Course Request Form.
