How can I access my email from home?
I want to chat online with my colleagues. How can I do that?
Cisco Jabber allows you to instant message colleagues in one-on-one chats or group sessions, as well as make calls directly from your computer. You can also view whether a co-worker is available, in a meeting or away, so you aren't waiting for a response from a colleague who is out of the office.
Faculty, staff and student workers automatically have access to Jabber; all you need to do is install Jabber on the device of your choice.
I want to hold a face-to-face meeting online. What are my options?
Rowan University supports Webex and Zoom for videoconferencing. For more information about accessing these tools, visit our Video Conferencing page.
How many people can simultaneously attend a Webex meeting?

Can I forward calls to my Rowan University work phone to another number?
Can I receive a copy of voicemails left on my Rowan University phone in my email?
Equipment & Hardware
Can I take my Rowan University desktop computer home?
Can I take my monitor, keyboard, mouse or other peripheral equipment home?
All employee requests to borrow monitors or other equipment must be submitted through the University Telework Agreement and approved by the employee’s supervisor, Human Resources and Information Resources & Technology. Please list the specific equipment you are requesting to borrow. If you are requesting a monitor, please include the monitor’s serial number in your request.
I’m using a personal device to remotely connect to Rowan resources. How can I make sure it complies with Rowan’s security policies?

How do I access Banner from off campus?
Self-Service Banner
You can access Self-Service Banner from off-campus using your preferred browser by visiting ssb.rowan.edu.
Banner Administrative Pages
Authorized employees who need to access Banner Administrative Pages from off-campus during the COVID-19 crisis may now do so by visiting go.rowan.edu/remotebanner in Google Chrome.
Employees no longer need to log in to the employee desktop in Citrix or use the VPN to access Banner Administrative Pages.
The go.rowan.edu/remotebanner link only provides access to the production instance of Banner Administrative Pages. If you need access to any of the test instances of Banner, please use the employee desktop in Citrix or the VPN.
