How do I access Canvas from off campus?

How can I access my email from off campus?
Rowan Exchange
Medical students and new students who enrolled at Rowan University on or after January 5, 2024, for summer 2024 or future semesters receive a Rowan Exchange email account.
You can access your email through Outlook for the web, download Outlook on your computer or install the app on your mobile device.
Rowan Gmail
Non-medical students who joined Rowan University before January 5, 2024, received a Rowan Gmail email account. You will continue to use this account throughout your time at Rowan University.
I want to host or attend a virtual meeting. How do I do that?

Internet & Computer Access
I don't have internet access at home. What are my options?
Internet Essentials
Comcast's Internet Essentials is available to all qualified low-income households for $9.95 per month plus tax. Get more details about Internet Essentials.

Software & Applications
Can I access Adobe Creative Suite on my personal computer?
Yes. Adobe Creative Cloud applications are available to Rowan University students through the Academic Virtual Desktop in Citrix.
How can I access Microsoft Word or other Office applications?
Students may install Microsoft 365, which includes the full Office suite, on up to five personal devices for free.
Visit portal.office.com to access the applications online, or download the Office suite to your computer.
How do I access other Rowan software remotely?
Rowan University students can log in to the Academic Virtual Desktop in Citrix to access other Rowan software that's not available online or available to download.
