Rowan-Managed Applications
For the latest information about Rowan-managed applications, such as Outlook, Citrix, VPN and ExpanDrive, follow us on Twitter. We also post notices about planned maintenance events to our public change page.
Vendor-Managed Applications
Rowan University students and employees regularly use many applications that our staff manages in coordination with outside vendors. If you are experiencing issues with one of these applications, we recommend you check the status page for that application to see if there is a known issue with the application.
IRT-Supported Resources
All of the resources listed on our working, teaching and learning remotely pages are supported by Information Resources & Technology. If you have a technical issue accessing or using one of these resources, we are happy to help you by phone or email to resolve your issue.
The resources we support feature the capabilities most employees and students need to work, teach and learn remotely. If you prefer to use another application or service, you may do so, but please be aware that we will not be able to provide technical assistance for resources we do not support.
