This service provides access to a segmented research network that allows researchers to work easily with each other’s machines within the network and to access data or software.
Why Do I Want It?
Research teams can share access to valuable data or software to operate specific instrumentation, without having the liability and effort of managing their own data storage or the expense of purchasing multiple instruments.
Who Can Get It?
This service is available to research faculty.
How Do I Request It?
Submit a request in the Rowan Support Portal for a segmented research network.
How Can I Access It?
Completing the consultation and the network creation may take up to six business weeks. Once operational, the network should operate 24/7/365 with exceptions for maintenance or unplanned outages, like the rest of the Rowan Network.How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It?
If you have any questions, please contact the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400. You can also submit your question in the Rowan Support Portal.
The Technology Support Center aims to address all support requests within one business day. If the Technology Support Center cannot resolve your issue, it will take up to three more business days to receive a response to your support request for this service.
