What Do I Get? 

This service provides access to a Rowan-owned computer equipped with the standard Rowan image that is assigned to an employee’s position.

Why Do I Want It? 

Rowan-owned computers are equipped with frequently-used software, such as Microsoft Office, configured to access Rowan Network resources and maintained by Information Resources & Technology.

Who Can Get It?

This service is available to faculty and staff.

How Do I Request It?

Rowan-managed computers assigned to a specific employee are generally managed through the Employee Computer Trade-In Cycle

Computers that aren’t managed as part of the trade-in cycle may be purchased through the IRT Support Portal. 

How Can I Access It?  

Information Resources & Technology will schedule a time for delivery of the computer once it has been approved and cleared the University’s procurement process.

How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It?
