What Do I Get?
This service provides multimedia tools and services for faculty, staff and students. Among the offerings are tools for faculty on all campuses to capture, post and deliver classroom lectures.
At Rowan-Virtua SOM, faculty, staff and students can work with members of IRT staff on producing and editing videos, still images and multimedia presentations, as well as design and printing services.
At CMSRU, faculty, staff and students can work with members of IRT staff on producing and editing videos and printing posters. We also offer general audio-visual support in campus event spaces, conference rooms and active learning group spaces.
Why Do I Want It?
With lecture capture technology, faculty members can record and archive lecture videos and post them online or within a learning management system for students to watch on demand.
The multimedia services at Glassboro, Rowan-Virtua SOM and CMSRU provide faculty, staff and students with assistance creating professional videos and presentations.
Who Can Get It?
The service is available to faculty, staff and students, though access varies by campus.
How Do I Request It?
Lecture Capture
Glassboro
Victoria 204 and 306, and Engineering Hall are equipped with lecture capture technology, and may be reserved using 25Live.
Rowan-Virtua SOM
Lectures are automatically captured at Rowan-Virtua SOM; faculty do not need to arrange recording.

Kaltura MediaSpace is a video portal that allows faculty and staff to securely create, upload, share, search, browse and watch live and on-demand videos, presentations, screencasts and other rich media content.
Submit a request for full access to Kaltura.

- Rowan-Virtua SOM: Email support@rowan.edu to request studio or event photography and recording (other than classroom Echo Capture).

IRT staff will arrange the delivery of multimedia materials.
