Getting Started
For: Faculty, Staff, Students, Affiliates
Access: Via id.rowan.edu and ssb.rowan.edu

What Do I Get?
This service provides Rowan University faculty, staff and students with a Rowan Network username and password along with a Banner ID and PIN that provide access to digital resources.
Rowan University affiliates may also be issued these accounts, as needed.
Why Do I Want It?
Your Rowan Network account is your key to connecting to critical resources on campus, including the University's secure wireless network, email, Blackboard and most other services.
Your Banner ID and PIN provide access to Self-Service Banner.
Who Can Get It?
This service is available to faculty, staff and students, as well as Rowan University affiliates.
How Do I Request It?
Rowan Network and Banner accounts are automatically created for faculty, staff and students.
Sponsors must request access for affiliates who require Rowan Network and/or Banner accounts through go.rowan.edu/affiliate.
How Can I Access It?
New Students
See our article on new student accounts for instructions on activating your accounts. Student accounts should be available 48 hours after paying your admissions deposit or registering for a class.
New Employees

Current Students & Employees
Once your accounts are set up, visit id.rowan.edu to reset your Rowan Network password, look up your Rowan Network username or Banner ID. You can also use id.rowan.edu to request an email quota increase and manage your contact information.
Visit ssb.rowan.edu to access Self-Service Banner and change your Banner PIN.
How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It?
