The Technology Assistance Center is now open in Campbell Library, bringing walk-in technology support into a reimagined hub for learning, research and student life at Rowan University.
How We Can help
Visit the Technology Assistance Center’s new space on the first floor of the library for help with:
- Connecting to campus WiFi
- Resetting your password
- Installing Rowan-approved software
- Troubleshooting other technology issues
We also provide additional services, including Lenovo warranty repairs and laptop lending kiosks. Learn more about those services by selecting one of the buttons below.
Lenovo Warranty Repairs
We are authorized to perform warranty work on Lenovo Think brand computers. Loaner computers may be available to students who own a Lenovo Think brand computer.
We cannot perform on-site warranty repairs on Lenovo Ideapad brand computers, but our technicians are able to assist with sending Ideadpad computers to Lenovo for repair.
Laptop Lending Kiosks
Left your laptop at home? Battery dying before your next class? We’ve got you covered.
Students can borrow a Lenovo ThinkPad laptop and/or USB-C charger for up to four hours from self-service kiosks on the first and second floors of Campbell Library.
Laptops are available during regular Campbell Library hours and must be returned on time to avoid potential fines.
