What Do I Get? 

This service provides access to a Rowan-provided desktop phone.

Why Do I Want It? 

Rowan-provided desktop phones offer modern VOIP phone calling, voicemail, multi-line support where needed, ability to maintain presence anywhere (plug in your phone anywhere on the Rowan network, your number will ring).

Who Can Get It?

This service is available to faculty and staff.

How Do I Request It?

Request a New Desktop Phone

To request a new desktop phone, review our current phone pricing list, download and complete our new phone request form and send the form as an attachment to support@rowan.edu.

Modify an Existing Desktop Phone

To request a modification to an existing desktop phone, download and complete our phone modification request form, and then send the form as an attachment to support@rowan.edu

Cancel a Desktop Phone

To cancel a desktop phone, download and complete our phone cancellation request form, and then send the form as an attachment to support@rowan.edu

How Can I Access It?  

Desktop phones will be installed in the requested location. Once complete, you can access your phone from that location.
