New students joining Rowan University now receive Rowan Exchange email accounts that end with @rowan.edu. You may access your Rowan Exchange email through Outlook for the web.
Returning students with @students.rowan.edu email addresses will continue to use Rowan Gmail throughout their time at Rowan University.

This service provides access to a @students.rowan.edu email account.
Why Do I Want It?
Rowan Gmail allows students to send Rowan University email from an automatically backed-up, accessible-from-anywhere email service.
Who Can Get It?
This service is used by non-medical students who joined Rowan University for the spring 2024 semester or prior to January 5, 2024. New students are provided with a Rowan Exchange email account.
How Do I Request It?
You cannot request a Rowan Gmail account. This service is being retired and may only be used by current and returning students who have already been provisioned with a Rowan Gmail account.
How Can I Access It?
Visit mail.students.rowan.edu to access your Rowan Gmail.
How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It?
If you have any questions, please contact the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400. You can also submit your question in the Rowan Support Portal.
The Technology Support Center aims to address all support requests within one business day. If the Technology Support Center cannot resolve your issue, it will take up to three more business days to receive a response to your support request for this service.
