What Do I Get?

This service provides an official Rowan University identification card, known as a RowanCard.

Why Do I Want It?

Your RowanCard identifies you as a member of the Rowan community, provides physical access to spaces on campus and can act like a debit card with RowanBucks and Dining Dollars at on- and off-campus merchants.

You can use your RowanCard to pay for copying/printing and laundry and make purchases at vending machines. If you sign up for a meal plan, you’ll also use your RowanCard to swipe for meals.

Who Can Get It?

This service is available to faculty, staff, students and affiliates.

How Do I Request It?

Students/Faculty/Staff

Once you have set up your Rowan NetID account, visit the RowanCard Portal to upload a photo for your RowanCard. RowanCards take up to two business days to process and be ready for distribution.

You can also schedule an in-person appointment to have a photo taken for your RowanCard. To do so, visit the RowanCard Office website and click the “Schedule an appointment” button.

Affiliates

Rowan University affiliates must be approved for a RowanCard by their sponsor and have a Banner ID number assigned to them before they can request a RowanCard.
