What Do I Get? 

This service provides access to a Rowan-provided cellular device, such as a phone or tablet, for shared use in a department or office.

Why Do I Want It? 

Departments and offices may require shared cellular devices that are used by multiple individuals on a regular basis in which personal cellular devices cannot reasonably be substituted, such as “duty” phones that are physically passed from individual to individual on shift changes and “pop up” service centers.

In such cases, cellular devices are acquired and owned by Rowan.

Who Can Get It?

This service is available to departments and offices. We do not provide cellular devices to individual employees.

The Division of Finance manages a cell phone reimbursement program for full-time employees who meet the eligibility requirements in the Univeristy's Cellular Device Policy. Your supervisor must apply for this program on your behalf using the Cell Phone Reimbursement Form and renew your participation in the program annually.

How Do I Request It?

To request a shared, University-owned cellular device, please fill out the Shared Mobile Device Request FormRequests may take up to 30 days to complete.

How Can I Access It? 

Departments and offices will be directly contacted when their device has been provisioned and is ready to pick up.

How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It?
