What Do I Get?
This service provides access to a Rowan-provided cellular device, such as a phone or tablet.
Why Do I Want It?
Faculty and staff who are required for 24/7 on-call responsibilities or who otherwise must remain in constant contact regarding Rowan-related business may want to request a University-owned cellular device. These devices are acquired and owned by Rowan.
Who Can Get It?
This service is available to faculty and staff who meet specific criteria outlined in the University's Cellular Device Policy.
How Do I Request It?
To request a University-owned cellular device, please fill out the Cellular Device Request Form and get all required signatures. Please send the completed form to support@rowan.edu. Requests may take up to 30 days to complete.

How Can I Access It?
Employees will be directly contacted when their device has been provisioned and is ready to pick up.
How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It?
If you have any questions, please contact the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400. You can also submit your question in the Rowan Support Portal.
The Technology Support Center aims to address all support requests within one business day.
