What Do I Get?
This service provides access to a Rowan-provided desktop phone.
Why Do I Want It?
Rowan-provided desktop phones offer modern VOIP phone calling, voicemail, multi-line support, where needed, and the ability to maintain presence anywhere (plug in your phone anywhere on the Rowan Network, and your number will ring).
Who Can Get It?
This service is available to faculty and staff.
How Do I Request It?
Request a New Desktop Phone
Complete our new phone request form. Requests for a new phone take up to three business days to complete, if the phone is in stock. If the phone needs to be ordered, the request may take up to 45 days to complete.
Modify/Cancel an Existing Desktop Phone
Complete our phone modification or cancellation form.
How Can I Access It?
Desktop phones will be installed in the requested location. Once complete, you can access your phone from that location.
How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It?
If you have any questions, please contact the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400. You can also submit your question in the Rowan Support Portal.
The Technology Support Center aims to address all support requests within one business day. If the Technology Support Center cannot resolve your issue, it will take up to three more business days to receive a response to your support request for this service.
