What Do I Get? 

This service provides access to an online portal for faculty and staff to purchase standard and non-standard hardware and software, as well as other IT needs.

Why Do I Want It? 

Rowan University faculty and staff have a variety of technology needs and may need to purchase hardware and software. Requests submitted in the online portal are automatically routed through the appropriate approval processes to ensure the equipment or service is compatible with existing technology and meets security requirements and regulations.

This service is available to faculty and staff.

How Do I Request It?

Standard Hardware

Visit the service catalog in the Rowan Support Portal to request standard computers, monitors, tablets and other accessories available for purchase.

Get standard hardware

Other Technology

Requests for non-standard hardware, software and IT services are placed through the Get Technology form in the Rowan Support Portal.

How Can I Access It?  

Depending on the type of technology or software purchased, we will schedule a time for delivery once the order has been approved and cleared the University’s procurement process, or you will work directly with a vendor or contractor to arrange delivery. 

How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It?

We provide limited support for non-standard hardware and software.  

If you have any questions, please contact the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400. You can also submit your question in the Rowan Support Portal

The Technology Support Center aims to address all support requests within one business day. If the Technology Support Center cannot resolve your issue, it may take up to two more business days to receive a response to your support request for this service.
