What Do I Get?
This service provides direct access to technicians who are trained in Rowan’s network and information systems at one of our Technology Assistance Centers located on each campus.
Why Do I Want It?
Technicians in the Technology Assistance Centers have specialized access to tools for managing Rowan-owned devices and access to services. Specialized support for student-owned devices is also available.
Who Can Get It?
The service is available to Rowan University faculty, staff and students.
How Do I Request It?
Glassboro
Walk-ins are welcomed; no appointment needed.
CMSRU
Appointments recommended by emailing cmsrusupport@rowan.edu, but walk-ins are welcomed during open hours.
RowanSOM
Appointments required. Please submit a request for assistance at one of the kiosks on campus or email support@rowan.edu.
How Can I Access It?
The Technology Assistance Centers are available on the Glassboro, Stratford and Camden campuses.
Glassboro
The Technology Assistance Center in Glassboro is located in Memorial Hall. For current hours, visit our Get Help page.
CMSRU
The Technology Assistance Center at CMSRU is located in room 418. Appointments recommended by emailing cmsrusupport@rowan.edu, but walk-ins are welcomed during open hours.
RowanSOM
The Technology Assistance Center at RowanSOM is located in AC292. Appointments are required. Please submit a request for assistance at one of the kiosks on campus or email support@rowan.edu.
How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It?
If you have any questions after your technical issue has been resolved, please contact the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400. You can also submit your question in the Rowan Support Portal.
The Technology Support Center aims to address all support requests within one business day.
