Our dashboards, models and other reports listed below provide insight into Rowan University's operations and may help with strategic planning and other organizational initiatives. 

First-Time Access to Dashboards

You must submit a request in the Rowan Support Portal to access dashboards for the first-time.

Common Dashboards*

*Access to common dashboards are granted together with one request. All other dashboards listed on this page require specific permission, and you must request access to those restricted dashboards individually.  

Off-Campus Access

To access most of our data resources from off-campus, you'll need to connect to the Rowan VPN or use a virtual desktop in Citrix.

Institutional Analytics

These dashboards and reports provide insight into university-wide initiatives and compare institutional performance to peer institutions.  

Prospective & Current Student Analytics

These dashboards and reports provide insight into application and enrollment trends, retention and graduation rates and other student population topics.

Academic & Course Analytics

These dashboards and reports provide insight into course enrollment, placement testing and other academic topics.

Data Centers

Data centers bring together department or college-specific analytics into one spot. 

Access is restricted to all data centers. To access a specific data center, submit a request in the Rowan Support Portal with the name of the data center.
