What Do I Get?  

This service provides front desk business offices and support staff with Centricity Business, a centralized system for patient billing and scheduling.

Why Do I Want It? 

Rowan Medicine, RowanSOM's clinical locations, and Rowan Medicine’s Central Billing office use Centricity Business for scheduling, billing and collection modules. 

Who Can Get It?

This service is available to Rowan Medicine administrative staff, central billing staff and select doctors, nurses and medical staff who have explicit permissions.

How Do I Request It?

To request access to Centricity Business, please complete the Security User Access - Centricity Business (IDX) form located in our Centricity Forms and Reference Materials article.
 

How Can I Access It?  

Inside patient rooms, Centricity Business is accessed by double-clicking on Citrix and selecting Centricity.

Visit access.rowan.edu to access Centricity Business outside patient rooms.

How Do I Get Help With It After I Have It?

If you have any questions, please contact the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400. You can also submit your question in the IRT Support Portal.

Clinical Support Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
